How password reset works

Submit the email address tied to your Crazy Tuner account. If it matches a user in our system, we send a time-limited link you can use to choose a new password. If you do not see the message within a few minutes, check spam and promotions folders, confirm you typed the same email you used at sign-up, and try again.

Reset links expire for security; if yours does, start this flow again from this page. We never ask you to email passwords in plain text—only use the official form and the link from our email. After you reset, sign in with the new password to reach your garage, vehicle profiles, and saved EFI analysis history.
